  • You are invited to an interview. We get to know you and map out your skills.Employment: An employment contract is signed, you are introduced to HSE routines and given work clothes and equipment.

 

What do we offer?
You get an employment contract, insurance, training and the possibility of a guaranteed salary. We offer housing, and there may be an opportunity for permanent employment with customers.

To find the right person for your assignment, we start by clarifying your needs and expectations. The more specific details we get, the better we match the right candidate.

 

The most important thing for us is that you as a customer are satisfied. Therefore, we quality-assure all temps through web-based mapping, structured interviews and reference checks.

 

Before the collaboration starts, a signed contract and the necessary documentation must be in place.

We are Western Norway's leading staffing company in construction, with offices in Bergen. Skuteviken Personell is run and owned by us, Ingjerd Sørås and Jon Gisle Johannessen. In our 20s we decided to invest in the staffing industry, and since 2008 we have worked purposefully to build a company that delivers quality and reliability in everything we do.
